The foundation funded a charity event by supplying school materials to elementary schools in Imo state and also distributed food items to their village women

The foundation granted 2 widows at Imo state funds to support their small business ventures.

The foundation awarded micro grants to 5 widows to start a family business

The foundation awarded micro grants to 2 women to start a small business
Funded toy drive for less privileged children in Anambra state also donated laptops to secondary school students in Anambra State.
2023
a. School backpack drives with over 125 backpacks and exercise books donated to elementary school students in 3 schools in Anambra state
b. Food program for a family of six for over 6 months and paid 1 yr. rent for provision shop for the family.
c. Awarded over #300,0000; micro grant to start family businesses.
d. adopted 20 families with young children for Christmas food drive with enough food to feed each family for 3 months.
2024
Helen&Josephine Cares Foundation was life in Awka and they were at
Tender Love Orphanage in Awka, Anambra State.
The foundation’s visit to this orphanage was inspired by our vision and passion to reach the unreached , touch lives of the thousands of children who we may never know or meet.
We seize every opportunity to share love and support to children everywhere. This visit was also an opportunity for us to learn more about the children and their specific needs.
Based upon our experience in this visit, we will design a plan to tailor our support to those identified needs.
This would require the support of our donors and partners of this mission. Please consider supporting our mission to reach this very vulnerable population both in Awka and across the nation. The need is immense, but together we will make this world a better place for as many as we have capacity to reach.
